Our Return Policy
For product damaged in shipping, please inform the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
If you need to return any product for any other reason, please contact us within five business days from the date you received our products. All returns must be approved (before shipping product back), and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be issued, for any returns to be processed.

For shipping errors, manufacturing defects or any errors by HFE
- Please contact us; we will make things right.
For unused merchandise in original manufacturer’s box that is normally stocked by HFE
- Returns accepted, a restocking fee may apply.
For unused merchandise in original manufacturer’s box NOT normally stocked by HFE
- Returns may be accepted, depending on manufacturer’s policies, a restocking fee may apply.
For custom made products (including hose assemblies, cut-to-length hose, tube assemblies, cylinders, and other custom products)
- These products are non-returnable, and orders for custom made merchandise cannot be canceled after they have been placed.
